To book a vacation please follow these 3 easy steps:
- Email or call the owner to check available dates
- Submit payment and deposit online through PayPal.com as detailed below.
- Download the rental agreement (pdf). Print, sign, and mail the agreement to the owner.

Use the Custom Amount button separately from the shopping cart above to add a custom payment amount. This will be a separate transaction.
Rental Policy:
Deposit: Each reservation requires a $500 deposit to be paid within 7 days
of making a reservation. We must receive full payment of the
rent due 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned
within 14 days after the rental period less damages, missing
items, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellations: You have the right to cancel with 30 days notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less the $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice all payments will be held as a credit that my be used for a future booking within one year.
Check-in time: 2:00 pm
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Occupancy: This house is restricted to 8 persons. (Adults & children)
Telephone: All local calls are free. Long distance calls must be made with a credit card or calling card.
Cleaning fee: $150.00 (Includes towels & linens) However, resident accepts premises in its current state of cleanliness and agrees to return it in a like condition.
Terms: The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify
the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents
that occur during your stay.
Parking: Absolutely no overnight parking on the street. Only
6 cars per house are allowed by the homeowners association.
Parking pass is required on rear view mirror if parked on
the street during the day.
Parking pass: Must be returned to binder at end of stay.
$50 fee if not returned.
Home Owners Association: The Home Owners Association expressly
prohibits large parties, receptions, seminars, or gatherings
of any kind that exceed the occupancy limit. Violation of
the occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all
moneys and termination of occupancy. We reserve the right
to inspect the property during your stay. Further you agree
to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and
refrain from any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment
of its residents. 11:00 p.m. is quiet
hour.
